It is a research and training facility, learning through evidence-based trials and training (guidance and hands-on learning opportunities) in woodland creation, meadow & hedgerow restoration, and biodiverse habitat restoration.

Duration: 2-2½ hours, followed by local lunch together for those who wish.

Note: the tour (1-1½ hours) will be “off-pathways” needing appropriate walking footwear (and clothing for inclement weather); not suitable for wheelchair users.

The Wildfell Centre is 35 miles from Cambridge. John Grieve, CSAR Visits Organiser (grieve.john@gmail.com), will assist in shared travel for those who want this.
